about a month ago I cancelled my CRV plannns so I could change them. Since then it also cancelled my Arlo Secure plan and will not let me re subscribe to anything sincere. If I try to add Arlo Secure it says it’s active but then one minute later it is not and I get a refund message from ARLO.

I have submitted to ARLO Support but have had no reply from them.

Thanks for trying. Arlo Support called me, they cancelled the escalation from here because there was already an escalated ticket for this issue. Engineers are working on it, they do not know why this is happening but I'll get an email once they do. Two months latter and nothing. . . . I've created a new account and have started migrating my cameras, I do not for see a solution any time soon and I need these to work or buy a different system.
