The EOL policy states "When your EOL device enters the EOL stage on July 1, 2023, your EOL device will keep 7 days of cloud storage at no cost to you. "   How do you get recording to work?

You have to do nothing. The cameras and plan should continue to work as before.

I am not receiving my 7 days free of cloud storage. It stopped a couple days ago.

Have you checked your active mode to ensure the cameras are armed? Can you live view and manually record?

Hello, I'm able to activate and deactivate the system. I'm able to view live through the app. Not able to record from the live footage.

The Arlo Pro 4 cameras require a subscription to save recording to the cloud. You can try utilizing the local storage feature that does not require a subscription. You can find more info here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062818/How-do-I-set-up-local-storage-backups-using-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-Base-S...

The email posted above does not talk about local storage.

We heard those concerns and as part of our continued commitment to support our Arlo community, we are pleased to share that owners of Arlo EOL products *will continue to have access to 7 days of cloud storage.* When your EOL device enters the EOL stage on 1 July 2023, your EOL device will keep 7 days of cloud storage *at no cost to you.”*

In the same boat as the OP, cloud storage completely gone. Not sure where that continued commitment went 🙃

It's not an email, it's a link. And it's all about local storage regardless of how it's phrased. I do note the link is for the new user interface (UI) so click on the link near the top that shows you the correct infor for the older UI that you likely have (uses Library to view videos).
