So first and foremost, please fix the sensitivity graphics, it's been like this for at-least 8 years and people still don't know if 1 is most sensitive or 100.

- A person standing still makes you think it will detect someone barely moving

- A person sprinting makes you think it will only detect people moving quickly

- fix it please

Multiple Modes ( For the HUB at-least )

- It's quite insane that we have to create a new mode for every situation we have

-- Say we have  5 conditions (travel, yard work, working from home, doggy cam, cow cam)

--- anytime you add a camera or want to change the sensitivity, you have to edit ALL 5 modes.......

Save Buttons ( Another UX issue)

- When someone is "done" making changes, if you don't have a "save" button, you absolutely must be saving that stuff onChange

- Hitting a back button "<" and then hitting "done" and then again hitting "done" in order to save is bad UX

- People expect that the setting is immediately in effect if there's no "save" button

Thank you for taking the time to read, please update your app.

- If you don't have one, hire an I.E. graduate ( Industrial Engineering )

-- They study this type of design specifically

-- Some C.S. programs also have People focuses/threads but they're not as in-depth

DO NOT UPGRADE

I agree with everything you're saying about the version you're using, but the new software is worse than you can possibly imagine, and it removes critical functionality.

The UX was absolutely horrible,  but most of us desperately want that version back.  We got used to it, as I'm sure you have, so we know how to accomplish what needed to be done, even though it was tragically inconsistent and horribly awkward.

As you've pointed out (as have so many of us), these designers do not know what they're doing, and it's getting worse with every attempt they make.  Many of us will be moving on to other camera systems at some point, but we've invested a lot of money, so it's not necessarily an easy move.  It's clear that Arlo refuses to listen and simply doesn't have the expertise to remain viable.

Good luck.
