Different apps on 14 pro and 14 pro max

Why does my I phone 14 pro have a different app than my iPhone 14 pro max? They both say they have the same version 4.5 but they are obviously different. The big phone has more buttons in the bottom tool bar.

Are they logged into the same user account?

 

There are two interfaces supported in the current app.  One says "Feed" and "Dashboard" at the bottom, the other says "Library".  "Library" is older, and more stable.  Which one you get depends on the account you use.  Which is why I am thinking that the phones are using different accounts.
