Just updated app and now says my cameras are base station are offline (Pro2 system). But I can still see the video feed live through HomeKit. So the cameras aren’t offline nor is the base station - just the app access.

Are you still experiencing this symptom?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
