I have tried to delete the old devices on the new UI App I have BUT it’s not letting me delete them at all. So I don’t even know who’s what and which one works and doesn’t work. I have so many devices, remember I’ve been with Arlo when it was still part of netgear that’s how long I’ve been using Arlo.

Figured it out. The owners of the previous phones have to be the ones that delete them So once everybody deleted all the old phone that have been on there since 2016 now I have the appropriate phones for appropriate users

Thanks for the update. Yes, the specific device needs to be logged in and deleted from the owner.
