Are you sure the charges are coming from Arlo? Have you tried to contact any support services recently? https://kb.arlo.com/000062119/How-can-I-avoid-Arlo-support-scams
If you feel you're receiving a charge that you did not approve, consider contacting your bank and have them block the incoming charges.
