Add User Not Working

Followed the steps outlined on Arlo’s website to add a user. My new user got the email, clicked “Create Account” in the email and created an account. He is able to log in to Arlo Secure but none of my cameras show up. On my Arlo app, for him, it says “pending.” Looks like lots of people have had this problem, as I see lots of posts about this topic. Anyone have a solution?

Some suggest using the arlo web portal with a browser to work best for the invitees, not sure why they can’t accept the invite using the mobile app.
