May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

What troubleshooting steps are there for failure to log in to arlo.com? I tried the Chat with Us. Got me no where

You can try clearing your cache, checking over another browser or computer for TS purposes.

In addition to @ShayneS' suggestions, try using incognito mode with your current browser.
