I see several others are having the same issue where the chime is wanting to connect to an Arlo WiFi network. I have resync’d and still nothing. Please give me a fix or I’ll need to return the whole doorbell/chime combo.

It's the other way around - the chime is creating a temporary wifi network that the phone needs to join.

 

What phone model are you using?

It does not allow me to do any sort of work around. I have an iPhone 16

FWIW, I didn't say anything about a work around.

@Lkez by any chance is there another phone you can try to set it up with? An Android or a different iPhone to see if it is able to connect.
