Hello 

 

Does anyone know how long it takes for Arlo to refund a canceled subscription? This was done Saturday morning and just wondering. It seems like Arlo customer service doesn’t wanna help. I figure maybe some one in this community has information on it or can get me to someone to help out. Please and thank you!

Unfortunately, they normally don't refund canceled subscriptions.

 

Instead the subscription remains in effect until the end of the billing period.

So since it was an annual subscription, I have to wait a year then? Am I reading this correct?

HA,  the more time I spend on this board/ gettingexposed to ARLO - the more I learn about their ridiculous practices 🤯

Yup and since I’m not a subscription customer, they won’t answer or help, which is unprofessional as a company.

That is the way I read this:

But I don't work for Arlo, and maybe a refund is a possibility for you.  I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - in hopes they can engage support for you.

Well I got an email when I did unsubscribe that I got a refund related reversal and the total was the same as the annual subscription.

Hola buenas tardes podría ayudarme hice mi cancelación el 28 de marzo porque yo quería ser un pago mensual y automáticamente cuando me llegó el recibo apareció anual y son $234 lo cual no puedo pagar eso OK necesito cámaras pero tampoco tengo el dinero como para estar pagando una anualidad al momento

alguien me podría ayudar ya traté de contactarme de muchas maneras y no recibo una respuesta quiero una devolución

Podrías ayudarme con mi devolución por favor yo me escribí con una nueva cámara el 28 de marzo y el mismo momento cancele porque yo hice mi inscripción mensual y automáticamente apareció anual y es demasiado dinero son $234 que se me hace exagerado para el servicio que yo suponía necesitaba mandé correos los cuales desaparecieron y hice un reclamo a mi banco y ahora le debo al banco ese dinero y se me hace bastante injusto que no puedan ayudarme

lo siento pero de verdad es gastado tanto mi tiempo me arde hasta la cabeza de buscar donde poder comunicarme
