I cancelled my subscription in December but I am still got charged in January. I need my subscription canceled right away and a credit for January. 

Anybody have any insight on how to contact this company?  Crazy that you can pick up a phone and call them.

I am as well and have had no luck contacting anyone! It’s been almost a year and still getting charged 7.99 a month! My card company won’t help either

I cancelled my account over 2 years ago and you kept charging me. I changed cards and somehow you kept charging me. I need to speak to someone that can stop the auto charges from recurring. Your support site sends me to chat. Your chat says I am not qualified for support, go to the website. The website says go to subscriptions. I have no subscriptions, yet you continue to charge me! This is nuts!
