Hi,
Is there someone from Arlo that can help me? I made a mistake somewhere when subscribed to the service, and the app now throws an error. However, when I try to follow the link it just presents a blank page.
The chatbot just says that I'm not entitled to email support, which is something I don't understand, because I want to pay for the subscription.
