I have a 21 camera system and all cameras quit recording on motion over the past two days. I am able to record a clip when live streaming. The account is under subscription and current.
Please advise.

That seems to have resolved itself. They weren't recording the other afternoon.

Do you see "Library" in the app meny? Or do you instead see "Feed" and "Dashboard"?
If you see "Feed", then what mode is the system in? Have you checked the rules for the cameras in that mode?

The basestation appears to be offline, can you please try to reset the basestation.

Any luck with this? This happened suddenly, yesterday, on 3/20. We have about 12 cameras. Have requested a call but they have not called.

@chuck21 we are aware of the behavior you were seeing on Saturday. However, that should now be resolved. Can you please let me know if you are still seeing the same behavior?

the same has been happening to me. I keep having to reset my cameras throughout the day at all different times it’s getting very annoying now my CVR also stops recording. I can’t keep checking the cameras every minute to see if they’re working for example it is now 4:40 AM before I went to bed. All the cameras were working picking up motion and CVR. I woke up at 4 AM. One cameras last motion was 10:53 PM. Another camera was 8:40 PM. I’m missing CVR footage from both of those cameras, the third camera also stopped recording overnight. I had to reset all of them just now. I can’t keep doing this. It’s actually becoming ridiculous for two weeks now I’ve been doing this every day
