I have had a secure plan for over a year now.  We had to replace our door bell, which came with a trial, but I already had a plan.  Now randomly since the 'trial' ended, My account shows that I have no subscription and yet I have been charged, there is a charge on my account today for the service.  How Do I get this correct?  I cannot get online help because my account shows I don't have a subscription.  I have looked all over to try and figure it out, but it's just impossible to get any type of human response or assistance.
