Did something change in the software in the past week? Until yesterday, I could click the shortcut in my browser to open Arlo (https://my.arlo.com/#/dashboard) and it would automatically log me in. Starting yesterday, it just opens a blank login page, then I have to click "Sign in", then I have to click "Log in". It's very annoying. (Happens in both Chrome and Edge.)

Are you simply closing the browser tab or whatever but NOT choosing to log out?

I've never logged out, just close the tab. Until a few days ago, I only had to click the shortcut and it would automatically go through the login process and then open my dashboard. A few days ago, it stopped doing that.

Try clearing the cache and cookies. One method to try is to click on the icon just to the left of the URL and choose Cookies and Site Data. Delete everything there and try again.

Done. The new browser behavior persists (no auto-login).

Same here. It's once again not on the user end.

Same. The login on browsers has changed within the last week or so. Honestly, I've given up reporting anything because I know it won't be fixed before I drop my arlo, but I will support others when they have issues, and this one is valid.

I use Chrome as well and I am unable to replicate the behavior you are seeing. Can you provide me what version of Chrome you are using?

This adjustment is being made as a security measure to prevent potential misuse. 2FA is not affected so there's no need for you the enter user name and password credentials. You just need to click on Sign in then Login(just two clicks)

This isn't correct. I still need to enter username and password. Also since this change, I constantly get the message, "The username or password is incorrect" message at the top of the screen. They're not incorrect, and it doesn't interfere with the login, but the message shouldn't be there.
Also, Arlo needs to put back the 12-hour cookie it had when I bought the system so I'm not having to reauthenticate every 10 minutes on my computer (which already has a screen lock), in my home.

Another thing that doesn't work anymore in ANY browser is when going to Routines->Modes it doesn't let you scroll down anymore.

I meant after you selected a mode to make changes to what cameras are in the modes.

In the recent past some function changed and allowed me to be on Arlo secure looking at the cameras on two different devices at the same time never had to log out of one to log in on the other.. I can stay logged in on both at the same time as long as I didn't try to look at the same camera on both devices.. here the other day I noticed that when I clicked on the Arlo icon to look at the feed I had to log in on my desktop and it only been one day since I looked at it.. shouldn't have timed out. Today it seems to be working okay and I can be on the app on the desktop plus my phone at the same time didn't have to log in on the desktop this time
