My arlo was billed yesterday but video stopped working and feed.I pay 14.98 a month.  Called support he’s telling me i have to cancel my subscription and pay for an annual one.  Has anyone heard of this?  Its been working fine until my billing date.

I think you might have reached a scammer.

 

Did you google a phone number?  That generally won't work - you need to get phone support through the app.

Yes last googled the arlo customer service number.  It makes sense he was a scammer because he was very rude and not making sense to why the camera stopped  working.

If you're subscription is active and you're still not receiving motion events in feed, check to make sure your camera is Armed. You can find information on arming your device here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062829/Arm-or-Disarm-Arlo-Devices-Arlo-Secure-App-4-0
