So, what’s the point?
I can’t actually view the case, the case number isn’t a link.
additionally, I asked a question about auto renewal not working and supposedly, I accepted Arlo’s response as a solution.
i Absolutely DID NOT.
Starting to believe Arlo doesn’t really care to provide actual support to customers, much less long time customers.
Just fix the issue.
shouldn’t be that hard to renew a subscription that has auto renewed for years

That's not the reason. You can change that to "not the solution" (which I did for you), but the thread is still closed.
