What a waist of money and time,so I have used the security cameras for years no problem but then I bought the security system… if you have a hub for your cameras do NOT buy the security system because instead of logging onto wifi it will try to log onto your hub. I have been trying to get this fixed for six weeks, it’s never worked for me and they have already replaced the key pad, still has the same issue, supposedly I’m not supposed to call arlo back and check the status of my support request because it was sent to there engineering department last Monday. Since the regular support can’t help me and no one can give me an update so I’m just supposed to wait… and never receive help. I can’t get a refund even though this product has never worked for me. Do not let arlo send you a replacement you will not be able to get a refund, do not let arlo waist your time by telling you to wait days or weeks for a help request and whatever you do don’t throw your boxes away or there will be no refund for you.

No it doesn't.  I have the security system and two smarthubs, and they co-exist quite happily. The security system only connects to my home wifi.

You are wrong. Yes actually they do I’ve been living it for six weeks if the security system goes down because of electricity or internet or just because when it comes back up it looks for the hub not the wifi… glad your experience is different but I live in Florida our electricity and internet bleeps all the time and forget getting help.

Ok. not a situation I'm likely to see.  It'd be good to hear how L3 resolves this for you.

FWIW, my internet and wifi are protected by a UPS, so it does stay up when I lose power.   That might be something you could look into.  Though of course it should work properly w/o that.

I am a bit curious on the WiFi name in your post, as my smarthub wifi is ARLO_VMB_xxxx.  Is it possible that Arlo_6906 is coming from another Arlo device?

I finally got a call from L3 today we made some changes to my wifi settings. My keypad is back online for the 5th time there is no way to know if this worked as a permanent fix until it kicks itself or gets kicked offline again. I’ll post an update if it goes down again. Also when the all in one sensors come up they show very low battery but give it time it will correct itself.

So I’ve tested the arlo keypad hub rebooted my internet several times everything seems to work…. Seems to… so I armed my keypad stay the other night,  for some reason the keypad knocked itself offline again, internet and electricity was stable at this point. When arlo came back up the keypad was showing on stand by while the app showed armed stay… could it be more unreliable? Wow!
