I have been paying for a monthly subscription for many years, it was $15/mo and over the last 2 months it has increased to $25/mo, when I went to my account it said I wasn’t paying for any subscriptions. Earlier this week my internet messed up resulting in my cameras not working. I tried everything to get them to work but eventually had to reset all 3 and add them back. Since I have done that I no longer am able to see recordings, just live updates. I’ve tried to find a number to contact but it says I am not eligible based on not having a subscription.
