My arlo secure app has not prompted for an update to v 5.6.0 although it says that’s what it’s running. My interface is still the old one and I can’t access any of my cameras. I’ve tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing is working. Any ideas?

Gonna guess you have only legacy devices (Pro 2 or older). Is that correct? You can try migrating to the new interface by choosing to add a Pro 5 camera even though you don't have one. The first step is to migrate to the new interface after which you can just back out of the bogus install. Be sure to go through all settings, modes, rules, schedules and geofencing as needed to make sure things are working properly at all times. Here's an FAQ to help the transition:
