Arlo secure Iphone

I can´t log in in my Iphone. When I open the app and try to log in an unknown error appears. I´ve erased the app, restarted my phone, but nothing works. 

I enter directly through my desktop and I culd log in in my account, so It isn´t my account.

Is this an iPhone or Android? 

If it is an iPhone, make sure you delete the app fully not just uninstall it from the home screen. To delete it fully you need to go into the app library, hold down on the Arlo app and it will say delete app if it says remove app then it is not being done correctly. Once it is deleted, go back into the app library and download Arlo. 

If it is an android device open the Google Play Store, at the top right click the profile icon, tap manage apps and devices > Manage, select the Arlo app and click delete. Then go ahead and go into the play store and redownload it.
