I have called Arlo, been passed around and their solution now was to TURN OFF THE CAMERAS! How stupid. I have called back, been promised someone will contact me and gotten nothing. The cameras are in a different state from where I am right now…and will be for another 5 months. Has anyone ever heard of this? The dinging with the notifications is 24/7…thru the night

While there are a number of reasons you could be receiving false notifications, a good place to start is adjusting the camera sensitivity to see if that alleviates the issue. If not already attempted, try restarting the base station using the app  base device settings.

 

To stop the push notifications use the mute notifications feature under the arlo app settings menu to let you get some sleep.
