Arlo Secure Mobile App - re-installed and not working! PLEASE HELP

Hi, I just had to remove and re-install my Arlo Secure App on my new iPhone 15. Before the removal, everything was working perfectly. I have 4 essential indoor (1st gen) cameras and they all appeared in the app. Now, I logged in to the “new” app and all my devices are gone. Nothing is there. It says “Add devices for peace of mind”. What happened to my devices? I DO NOT want to have to go through the pairing and installation again with 4 devices. It is too painful. And they still appear on my iPad App. PLEASE ARLO, what is going on and how can it be fixed?? Thank you.

Can you make sure you are using the same login credentials as the iPad?

I Wasn’t! I thought I only had one login but somehow I had one with a different email address. When I logged out and logged in with the correct one, everything was there. THANK YOU SO MUCH! (I realize that is the equivalent of rebooting a computer and I didn’t think of it, thanks for helping.)
