What camera model?
None of the indoor-only models have a replaceable battery, so you must be using an outdoor camera indoors (which is fine, but we do need to know the model to help you troubleshoot).
Also, please provide more details on what is not working.

Hello
I have tried a battery in this camera that I took from another indoor camera which is working but it was still the same problem, also now when I try to open the back of the same camera I can’t get it open. If you could help it would be greatly appreciated thank you

This isn't helpful. The Hx codes are shared by all cameras models. The serial number can help the mods, but this is a user-to-user forum.
- Open the camera housing, and take out the battery. There is a label inside that has the actual model.
- Alternatively, go into the support center of the app, and select the camera. Scroll down to the product id field.
Another thing that might help - do your cameras use the magnetic cable for charging? Or do they use microUSB connectors?
