I have a problem with my two steps athentication. I receive the code to validate the account, but as soon as I type it it appears an unknown error and then it says times up. I´ve tried to initiate from my desktpo, in differente browsers and my phone, but it always appears the same error qhen I want to log in.

When you login using the desktop go to settings/profile/two step verification and select the phone as a trusted device, if it gets ticked then it becomes the primary device to get the 2fa requests.
