Our cameras detect and record just fine. After the recording is created I see the still frame of the new recording in the "Devices" window, but the recording never gets loaded to my library.  The problem is with two new cameras I installed into the system that are on a ARLO Secure trial.  This started around one week ago 1.8.2024.  I've just wasted an hour with online Arlo tech support chat restarting my base station and removing and re-adding cameras.  And, of course, none of that worked since the base station and cameras are all working just fine!  This is obviously an issue on the Arlo end of things.

 

Is there a way you can end the trial to get back to normal

You can't end the trial subscription - it will just time out on its own. In any case, it's not the trial sub itself that's the issue since there have been other similar reports of this happening. If you didn't already, open a case with support about this rather than just going through the same steps again.

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the new cameras?

 

If you can, are those recordings showing up in the library?
