Still getting billed, can't access support

Someone in Arlo needs to fix this loop ASAP. It's beyond frustrating. 

 

I cancelled my Arlo secure account in June, and thus no longer am a subscriber to Arlo. However I'm still being charged 9.00 a month and can't get a phone number or email to talk to a customer representative. 

 

I go through the chat not and it says live customer service support is only available to subscribers. 

 

If I'm not a subscriber, stop charging me!
