Arlo Support Chat won't send me an email. It says it sent me an email, and the email address is correct. I never get the email, and it won't put me in contact with customer support without verifying my email, but it won't send me an email.
And yes, I double-checked the email address. I double-checked my spam folder. I have used Arlo chat dozens of times, and this has never happened.
I'm just trying to get a monthly receipt for my Arlo Safe and Secure subscription.
