Is Arlo down again? I always get the generic “an error has occurred” error message when trying to log into Arlo Secure.

Anybody else having trouble with not being able to livestream today?

Been having the same issue. Worked this morning than has been out for a while. Arlo system is down

Yes my live feed is connecting forever. Why does Arlo say everything is good? What am I paying for? At this time my house is not secure due to this problem. Fix it ASAP Arlo or there will be problem for you.

So randomly today when I go to the app and select my 1 device, a camera at my front door, it just says "connecting" and never stops. I've done a factory reset and relearned the camera, although when I put it by the door the network connection shows as poor. It's the same distance from the router (maybe 15 feet) that it was during the initial setup. I never get a video feed anymore. I've tried other camera since I have 3, and none will pick up a video. They all just say "connecting" I've also deleted and reinstalled the arlo app. The wifi us working fine and it's on a dual band 2.4 and 5ghz.

You are not the only one. Based on down detector, everyone has this issue. Arlo won't acknowledge it yet. And Arlo's status website has not been updated for weeks and weeks.

Indeed this is a problem. Incorrect status, not updated in real time. Waste of a website...

Is everyone still having issues? I cant get anything to load just buffering even my motion detection going crazy not recording anything

Both my Arlo Pro5 cams stopped connecting to live feed overnight. No motion detection, started overnight. Uninstalled & reinstalled app on Android device. Power toggled off & back on both cams, no change. Wifi shows cams are connected. Arlo app shows cams are connected to wifi. No firmware updates available. Changed battery both cams. Motion detection is sometimes working now but sometimes not. Still no connecting to live cams.

I have 12 Arlo Pro 5S 2K cameras. None of them will give me a live view or detect motion. When trying to live view, it just keeps spinning and spinning. The cameras are connected to different wifi connections, so it's not that.

Today my AVD2001 doorbell camera stopped sensing movement. I also can’t watch the live feed anymore.

Arlo, your system status says everything is up but that’s false. Many are reporting on downdetector.com you are down. The only thing I can do is open the app. Can’t do live stream and cameras are not recording.

It is working on the portal and Apple Home Access is working , looks like the iOS app ver 6.5.6 is broken, gonna have to wait for a patch, terrible for security if you did not setup apple home you are SOL because the webportal does not work on mobile.

Same problem here, all my Pro 2 cams stopped recording this afternoon, they all detect motion but none of the 3 cameras are recording.

No Live View on iPhones 15, mine or my wife's. I can get live View on my laptop(Arlo.com). It just keeps buffering on the iPhones. I have tried rebooting the app and the phones. Tried on wifi and on 5G cell.

Having the same issue since about 12pm EST. Cameras detect motion but no videos populating in the “feed” and cannot live stream. Hopefully this will be fixed ASAP. The holidays are close and so are sales on competitor security systems…
