Arm and Disarms buttons function correctly but the status display does not work for any of my 3 devices. All 3 simply show "Getting status..." with no resolution

Please keep an eye out for the update 6.11.1, it should resolve the behavior you are seeing. If anyone is still seeing the same error after the update, please let me know.

You all are on the older app version. Troubleshooting step would be to update the app to the newest version. You can do this by adding a Pro 5 camera to the account ( Even though you don't have one). Once you click to add the Pro 5 and start following the prompts it will tell you that you need to update. Once you do the update you should no longer have that error message.

When I hit upgrade anyway it says Upgrade Can Not Be Completed

And this is when you are trying to add a Pro 5? Can you uninstall the app and reinstall it?

I have done the uninstall/reinstall of the app several times several times. Seems the camera needs to wait for firmware or the app doesn't fully communicate with it. It's been a great camera but this will make me get something else if it stays like this

Yes several times and the screen shot in above post comes up and then I press upgrade anyway in which it then says "Update Could Not Be Completed"

@Blues22 No, pretending to onboard a Pro 5 will let you update to the newest app version. Custom modes are not available on the new user interface as of yet. However, we are hoping to have it available to everyone as soon as possible.

Since I'm having problems with the Arlo app saying Getting Status for more than a day, I want to log on to the Arlo website with my phone instead of the app I can log in with no problems but when I click on View cameras it kicks me out to sign in again. I cleared the cache and still kicks me out when I want to view cameras I have Arlo pro cameras, how can I fix this?

Hello! When i want to use my cameras setting the alarm on or off on different ones it only says "getting status" and u can only press alarm all at once. Web login doesnt work either. It has been like this for 2 weeks almost now. What is going on?

I am currently using the Android app version 6.11.0_6110003.
The Pro 5 installation guide menu does not appear in the app, and the system remains stuck on “Getting status…”, with no response to Arm or Disarm actions.
This appears to be a persistent issue.

Is there any kind of update about the app stuck on Getting Status? so annoying, When I go outside I usually go into customs and shut the camera down where I am going to be outside to save on batteries but now I have to go to the base and unplug it what a pain, Yes I can disarm all devices on the phone but then I would have to click on Arm all Devices which I do not want to do, this is why I have the custom mode. so I guess this is just android? or am I wrong What happened to Arlo so disappointing. I'm able to go on the website and have controls but you can't go on the web on the phone because when I click on cameras it kicks me out? Please fix the app..

Hi!
For the last 2 weeks I can't change the settings if I want the alarm on, or off.
All the different modes I have made for me is Un reachable because where u choose activated or not is only saying "hämtar status" "getting information".. And nothing happens.. Been so for almost 2 weeks now. Have Uninstalled the cameras, the app, and the basstation.. But still doesn't work..

I am facing a similar issue with another camera model (Arlo Q).
I have 3 cameras and from different android phones the app stopped working approximately a week ago. It just shows the devices stuck on 'Getting Status'. However, using my computer and the arlo website, I am able to turn on/off the cameras with no delay.
I checked on https://status.arlo.com/ and it shows no outage. I then tried to contact Arlo support. Using the AI chatbot, it informed me that they are aware of an issue with the camera status and are working to resolve it. When I ask to talk to an actual support agent, the chatbot tells me that I have no active support contract and ends the conversation (ArloQ has a 7 days lifetime storage so no additional subscription required).
