Arlo Secure and Device library - one old one and one Essential. Lost Library!!

I have 2 devices = an older Arlo [don't know the old model = it's not now on the site] and a new one Essential. The older one does fine and there were videos in the library [not sure where saved since it's only connected to the internet, no separate device] - and I was just looking at videos in the Library from the older one = and poof -= they are now gone = where are they? And next Q = I don't want cloud storage = I only want to have storage locally - how do I do that??? with both cameras

The Essential camera requires a subscription for cloud recordings. The trial sub may have expired which would cause videos to "disappear". If you don't want cloud recordings, you need to buy a SmartHub, VMB4540 or VMB5000, which support local recordings that are viewable via the app when properly set up.
