Arlo Secure Subscription Not Working

  • I paid for a year subscription of Arlo secure for my camera’s. My account was charged but the subscription is not reflected in my account. I tried talking to the AI chat support and did everything they suggested with no luck. I was not able to be connected to a live agent and I am a bit frustrated because I have cameras that I needed to set up ASAP and have done everything on my end and I have not been able to get support on this issue from Arlo. I don’t see a number posted anywhere or any tools for further support other than the AI chat. Will I be able to get a refund? What is the solution?
