I received the email about the Feb 3 pricing change, which states that I can convert to annual billing to keep the current price. I can't see how to do that when managing my subscriptions. When I go to change my plan, it still only offers monthly billing.

Hi,
It is 3 February and I still only find monthly billing options. Please explain how we'll switch to annual billing mode.

What's the hold up? Why even announce these changes if you can't keep your schedule to make them available?

Annual option is there now. However, all plans are supposed to support 4K and the lower two plans say 2K. Which is true?
