Is it possible to have  the Premium plan without the 24/7 professional monitoring? Or is there an equivalent plan that does not include the 24/7 professional monitoring?

Does the Plus plan (assuming you're in the US) work for you? Go to https://us.arlo.com/pages/arlo-secure and compare.

 

FWIW, I have the Premium plan and simply don't use the professional monitoring by not setting up any emergency settings.
