 Hi,

My partner is the main account holder with a paid subscription. He was recently prompted to upgrade the Arlo secure app to the new version, but I’ve not been able to do the upgrade as it’s not offered to me. I am on the latest that the App Store is showing me but it’s not the new very different version that my partner how has. Trouble is since his upgrade, I am getting no access to the cameras he’s granted me access to. My app is now empty of all devices and there is no feed from the camera.
Because I don’t have a paid subscription in my own name, I can’t contact support. I will have to get my partner to contact them unless anyone here knows how to resolve this? Thanks!

One method of upgrading the Arlo app to the newer interface is to add a new device such as the pro5 camera so the app forces an upgrade. Once the app upgrade has completed back out of the device adding process.

@Lisa-j :  If you do this, then you will see two "home" locations in the new interface.  One is for your cameras (since you have none, this will be empty).  The other is for your partner's cameras.  You can press the profile icon in the upper left of the app, and rename both locations to avoid confusion.  You can then switch locations by touching the location name in the center of the title bar.  This is sticky, so you shouldn't have to do it very often.

The simplest approach is to use your partner's Arlo credentials on your phone.  That does give you access to the payment information - but as long as that is ok, it ensures you have full access and control.
