Hi Team,
I raised Support request for this query, bearing ticket# 44720724 on 03/31/2025 but has got no response at all yet - so posting it here.
NB: I even requested call back on my Support enquiry today and never recieved a call.
I originally bought the Arlo Subscription, for Basic Unlimited as on 12/31/24 for a 12 Months Subscription.
As I check on today - under my Account it shows the plan for me as - "Plus Unlimited" (see attached screenshot), so the plan was automatically changed.
May I know, why my plan is auto changed to "Plus Unlimited" as against what I originally purchased, without informing me about it. Please help revert back the plan to - "Basic Unlimited" and also ensure future auto subscription is also enrolled for - "Basic Unlimited".
Please call me on my registered phone#, to clarify around the same and next step about it at your end.

I bought Arlo Basic Unlimited Plan for 1 year, see below Image Link for the same of the Invoice of plan bought.
Any after wards - update, should not affect / Impact me. Wondering then, how it changed over.
