I have repeatedly tried to contact this company regarding our subscription. I have 3 Arlo Pro 4 cameras and 1 ring doorbell camera.
My bank is being charged automatically for a subscription but the Arlo account information says we have no subscription.
I have been on the chat several times and can't talk to someone because I have no subscription, according to them. I am at my wits end with this company.

I have reached out to support regarding the subscription not being on the account even though you were charged. Support will be reaching out to you as soon as possible.

I have not received any support as of today. I am waiting for my subscription to be updated. We have paid for 3 months without service (I've had my cameras for 1-2 years with you). It seems your update wiped out my account and you are charging me anyway.
