I purchased the wired Essential doorbell and have IOS. in the IOS app a "spooky" Halloween offer popped up for $0.99 for 3 months. It took me to a website and I input my information. I have a screenshot of before confirming payment.

 

Arlo immediately charged my card $1.06 and I did NOT receive a receipt! Nothing changed in the app, it still shows my Secure trial ending and not the offer I purchased. What is going on?
