App not updating & family member not seeing cameras

I updated the latest app but it’s not showing new features on my phone. It still looks the same. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Also i shared my cameras with my family. One of them it works but the other one, it’s not showing on her phone.

Follow the below steps for any device/login not on the new experience with the 4.0 app.
Have the person/login go to add a device in the app and choose security system. This will then enable them to upgrade to the new interface where they can see a shared location from someone already migrated to the new interface.
