App does NOT work

I have nothing but problems with the app since the last update. I get notifications but they don’t go to feed.

What cameras do you have?

Are they connected to a hub?

Do you have a subscription?

I ha e the essentials spotlight camera and yes all cameras have a subscription. I am not connected to a hub.

Are you using the primary account, or are you perhaps using a "friend" account?

 

First I suggest making a manual recording while livestreaming one of the cameras.  That would confirm that there is no issue with the subscription status.

 

Second I suggest checking the mode you are using (Armed Home, Armed Away, Standby).  If it is Standby, then switch to Armed Home or Armed Away.  Also check the rules in mode you are using - making sure it includes the rule for each camera, and also double-checking that the rules are set to notify and record.
