It appears that the ROUTINES are not working correctly In release 6.3.8_6030805

 

We have the "Standby" activated but one (or more of our cameras) will still notify of person, etc, and put a video to the "Feed".  

 

We have also had the reverse issue, in "Arm Home" some cameras will now not record anything when there is activity in them.

 

I spent one plus hours on the phone with your first level support arming, disarming, resetting, removing batteries, etc, etc, etc... everything in the "script" and we still have this issue.  They created a ticket and indicated was being elevated to the next level of support, but here we sit.. no response.

 

This morning, I requested a call back (thru the web support icon) and was informed "3 mintues".. nope, not even an hour later...

 

WHERE IS THE REGRETION TESTING OF YOUR NEW RELEASE APPS. AND WHERE IS THE SUPPORT WHEN YOUR CUSTOMERS ENCOUNTER ISSUES DUE TO YOUR UPDATES!!!
