FRUSTRATED ARLO!!!!! Issues and more issues

I have had Arlo cameras for years, and outfitted my home and cottage now with them on two different accounts/emails.   I and my wife have shared access to both.   On our cottage the Arlo camera always worked great when there were only 2.  I added 2 cameras recently and now I am receiving notifications of movement, but only 1 camera is showing up in my notification feed.   I cannot view anything but live cameras on the other three, and unable to see any notifications that occurred for example overnight if I did not see the notification.  So if a crime was committed for example, I would not be able to view the footage!  

 

I have tried everything, including the stupid AI troubleshoot chat.  I need to speak to a person and not a computer.  There is no live calls available anymore, and I AM SO DISAPPOINTED for the first time in my ARLOS.   I would file a complaint at this point but AI dodged that request as well.  CAN ANYONE HELP?

The 2 cameras on the secure trial should be showing recordings within the feed. Have you set up these cameras within the routines section within the app? The 2 Essential 2 cameras that are not on the trial will not show up in the feed as these cameras require a subscription. This may be why you are not seeing notifications as well as videos.
