I've tried to like the Arlo system, I really have, but the issues with a simple thing like adding my wife to our system has beaten me down. Yes, I've read the thousands of pages of forum posts with people having the exact same problem. I tried new/different email addresses...both of us are on the "new" version of the app with the "Dashboard" icon on it (don't get me started on that whole thing)...I've tried inviting her from every device I can think of...she gets all the emails....she accepts them....she still shows pending in my app....she still can't view the one stinking camera we have...I came across one post relating to deleting the "home" that Arlo forces you to create when you first sign up, but that doesn't work either because you can ONLY delete a "home" location if you have more that ONE! I can't delete the one that (again) Arlo forced my wife to create when she signed up...I can delete it if I ADD a "Test" home because now there's more than one home location....but that STILL doesn't fix the problem because now I can't delete the "Test" location because it's the only one. What a complete circle of pain Arlo's app is!
My wife now has created multiple accounts with different email addresses with Arlo trying to get this simple functionality working...she shouldn't have to create 20 more email addresses and try all of them just to get camera sharing to work.
If anyone knows how to sign up for Arlo without creating a new home location I would love the hear it. Apparently the only way to view the "home" I'm trying to share with her is for her to have zero other "homes" in her app, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to do that.
I've had this camera for over a year....the camera works fine....the app is total garbage....the automations (when a person leaves the home turn the camera on/off/etc) has NEVER worked.
I'm at the end of my rope here Arlo. I think I need to just rip it off the wall and give another camera system a try.

Shame you don’t have the ability to revert to the older user interface version.
I would expect that if arlo were to allow you to roll back then the newer interface would die a natural death since nobody would use it.
Makes me wonder why arlo keeps flogging a useless app interface unless it makes more revenue.
