Adding A Friend

Went thru all of the steps to add a friend and they can still not see the cameras. Did it on phone and PC still nothing.

First, do all people see the same user interface (UI) when opening the app? The current app supports 2 different ones, the old UI that uses Library to view videos as well as the new one that uses Feed. New accounts automatically get the new UI so if you have the old one you'll need to migrate to the new one. Everyone has to have the same one.

To migrate, choose to add either a Pro 5 or security system even though you have neither. The first step is to migrate your account after which you can just back out of the bogus install. You can't go back to the old UI and custom modes don't migrate so you have to use the 3 default modes to do what you need. Each user also gets their own Home location so those who have been granted access need to click on Home and choose the bottom choice, which is yours. I suggest renaming each Home so it's obvious which to choose.
