Arlo Essential - Restarting after battery drain

Hi,

I have an Arlo Essential camera connected to a solar panel. It seems that the battery charge had reduced to the point where the camera switched off. At what battery charge will the camera restart or able to be restarted via the App? Wondering if I wait or if I need to remove the camera and charge with a cable.

The solar panel will only trickle charge and is dependent on the quantity of sunlight hitting it so recharging could take a long time. I would charge using the supplied cable and a USB charger to get it back into working order quickly.
