I've raised this before but it was ignored/not resolved. So, I'm bringing this to the attention of Arlo staff again.
Latest few updates: problems with 4k streaming on Arlo Ultra - no badge or badge intermittent (this reminds me of a similar problem 6-12 months ago). Are cameras actually streaming in 4k? If so, what is the evidence?
When live streaming, *when* initially a badge appears, it's 2k to then the screen become green to then the badge to change to 4k. This is a poor show and execution of the system.
Resetting cameras doesn't work.
Can we please have this addressed at last? I had even sent videos to show the problem. I paid for a product that doesn't deliver at the moment.
Arlo should focus on solving issues and improving the system/quality for the customer and not implementing punitive measures for the fact that I dared to spend my money on your system.
Thank you.

Audio doorbell being offline after the restart still hasn't been resolved either.
Can we have the timeframe for completion?

4k badge will show up during livestreaming when
- Local 4k is turned on in video settings
- Phone should be connected to the local wifi network
- only up to two Ultra cameras are doing simultaneous livestreaming
or else, it won't show up the 4k badge

Thank you for your response - much appreciated. It's also helpful to be reminded of when 4k streaming occurs. Did you, however, read my original post? The badge issue doesn't seem to have been fixed in the latest app update. To replicate: open the app, press live stream for a few seconds, then stop. Come out of the app, without removing it from memory. Wait a bit, then open the app again. Though it's intermittent and may require a few attempts. No 4k badge there, just the word 'live' and that's it.
The issue of the 2k badge, then a green screen, then the 4k badge continues, too, with no difference in the quality between the switching, though the quality of footage overall has gone down.
What quality of footage does my ultra, *in reality, not on paper*, stream in? Is it 2k or 4k? To me, it looks like 2k.
