Since the new update one of my three camera’s does not have 24/7 recording even though I am paying for it and I have it plugged in to the wall for the CVR surveillance. I have took it off my account and reinstalled it several times still no 24/7 surveillance. I even put another camera on the account to test it out and that camera does not have 24/7 surveillance.. why are they changing things around? I’ve been with Arlo since 2019 and with the click of a button I was able to add any camera. I wanted to my CVR plan now however I cannot do it. I am scared to cancel my plan and redo it because if I do that, my other two cameras might not get the 24/7 recording, which two cams is currently working 24/7.. but since one is not it forced me to purchase other cameras like Ring and use 24:7  surveillance with Ring, and if that works well, I will be ditching Arlo completely
