I’ve had my cameras for over three years now and I’ve never had a problem but all of a sudden the app is saying my cameras won’t connect with my wifi, but for some reason it’s connected on my “home” app and not the Arlo security app. And like I said in the description I PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION and I can’t get access to the phone number!

To contact support, navigate to Settings > Support using the Arlo app, from there you can open a ticket with the support team.

 

Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you're experiencing? This may help us better understand the issue so we can offer assistance here on the community.

Same here! I pay for a subscription but CAN'T GET A PHONE NUMBER

Are you able to get into the support center using the app?
