"Record until activity stops" setting doesn't stay. Keeps reverting back to fixed.

I'm on the basic free plan.

I have two cameras. The front yard is set to record until activity stops. The one I just bought for the garage won't stay on that setting. It always reverts back to Record for a fixed length of time. And even then, it reverts back to 10 seconds even though I set it to 100 seconds. No matter what I do to those settings it always reverts back.

Just discovered my front yard camera won't stay on fixed. It always reverts back to record until activity stops. I want it that way but should be able to change it. 

How can I change these basic settings and make them stick?

Solved - Saving the settings on my phone didn't work. Got home and tried it on the computer and it worked.
